Bridge Capital Solutions LTD (BCS) is a private consultancy and a non-banking entity. BCS acts solely as an independent consultant and facilitator for the procurement and transmission of trade finance instruments, and as a consultant supporting business-purpose property financing. BCS is not the issuer and does not act as applicant, guarantor, obligor, or counterparty for any instrument. We do not provide banking, money transmission, or credit services, and we do not receive, hold, or manage third-party funds.

Indemnification

By engaging with Bridge Capital Solutions LTD (“BCS”), accessing this website, or submitting any inquiry, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bridge Capital Solutions LTD, including its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates, from any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (i) your access to or use of this website; (ii) your use of or reliance on any services, information, or communications provided by BCS; (iii) any trade finance inquiry, instrument procurement, transmission, payment, or resulting transaction; (iv) any business-purpose financing inquiry, referral, or transaction; (v) any due diligence or real estate evaluation engagement; (vi) your violation of these terms or any applicable law. This indemnification applies to all services offered by BCS and supersedes any service-specific indemnity language on this page.

Trade Finance Solutions – Legal Disclaimer

Bridge Capital Solutions LTD (“BCS”) is a private consultancy firm and a non-financial entity. BCS acts solely as an independent consultant and facilitator. BCS does not provide banking, money transmission, credit services, or any regulated financial activities, and does not receive, hold, or transfer third-party funds.

BCS uses commercially reasonable efforts to facilitate the procurement and transmission of trade finance instruments — including a Letter of Credit (LC), Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC), Bank Guarantee (BG), or similar facility — from independent third-party issuing institutions, as requested and approved by the client. BCS is not the issuer and does not act as applicant, guarantor, or obligor for any instrument.

BCS’s role is strictly limited to facilitation and transmission. As part of the facilitation service, BCS does not conduct due diligence on any issuer, beneficiary, bank, or counterparty, and does not guarantee acceptance, advising, confirmation, monetization, financing, discounting, transferability, enforceability, collectability, drawability, payment, or performance following issuance. The decision of any beneficiary, beneficiary’s bank, or counterparty to accept, reject, advise, or act upon the instrument — and the shipment or delivery of any goods — is made independently by those parties and is entirely outside BCS’s control.

Clients must conduct their own legal, financial, banking, compliance, and commercial due diligence, and must not rely on BCS for such assessments.

By contacting BCS regarding trade finance matters, you acknowledge that BCS shall not be liable for any losses, damages, claims, fraud, non-performance, delays, or rejection of instruments arising from any issuing institution, beneficiary, or counterparty.

This disclaimer applies to all trade finance inquiries and communications involving BCS and supersedes any prior statements or representations.

Due Diligence Services Disclaimer

Due diligence, verification, or risk assessment services are provided by Bridge Capital Solutions LTD (“BCS”) only under a separate paid engagement with a signed agreement defining the scope.
These services are strictly advisory and informational, based solely on client-provided and/or publicly available information. BCS makes no representations or warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, reliability, legitimacy, financial standing, regulatory compliance, performance, or absence of fraud.
BCS does not act as an auditor, forensic investigator, legal advisor, regulator, or guarantor of any third party.
BCS does not provide certification of any kind (legal, regulatory, financial, or compliance).
Clients remain fully responsible for their own independent due diligence before any transaction.
BCS shall not be liable for any losses, damages, claims, disputes, fraud, non-performance, or other consequences arising from reliance on these services or third-party engagements.
This disclaimer applies only to paid due diligence services engagements and is separate from the Trade Finance Disclaimer.

By submitting your information, you provide express consent for the cross-border transfer of your data from Israel to these international entities for business and underwriting purposes.
  3. WhatsApp & Marketing Consent: By submitting your info, you provide explicit consent under the Israeli Spam Law and Amendment 13 to receive business updates via WhatsApp, Email, and SMS.

Rental Property financing – Legal Disclaimer

Bridge Capital Solutions LTD (“BCS”) operates as a business consultant supporting business-purpose rental property financing for investment properties. Neither BCS nor its dedicated U.S. operations/affiliate acts as a residential mortgage broker or direct lender, nor does it engage in residential mortgage brokerage, consumer lending activities, or hold licenses for such services. We provide consulting services exclusively for business-purpose investment financing. All financing is subject to final underwriting, credit approval, property valuation, and funding solely by independent third-party licensed lenders. No representation is made that any particular financing will be available or approved. Rates, terms, and programs are subject to change without notice. All U.S. business-purpose financing is executed through our dedicated U.S. operations. Financing options and eligibility may vary by state and are not available in all U.S. jurisdictions. In certain states, properties must be vested in a business entity (e.g., LLC) to qualify under business-purpose guidelines. Contact us for details on your specific location.
