For foreign national investors, Bridge Capital Solutions LTD supports access to business-purpose rental property financing across most of the United States. These programs qualify on the property’s rental income — no U.S. credit history or SSN required.
Where engaged separately under a paid agreement, we also offer due diligence services — including detailed analysis of documentation, counterparties, and transaction structures — to support clients in cross-border trade and investment.
