We facilitate Documentary Letters of Credit, Standby Letters of Credit, and various guarantees commonly used in international commerce — built around your specific transaction.
Our services are available to clients operating in jurisdictions worldwide, with the exception of countries, individuals, or entities subject to US or international sanctions, including those designated by OFAC, the US Department of State, the EU, or other applicable regulatory authorities.
What We Facilitate:
- Letters of Credit (LCs): An undertaking by an issuing bank on behalf of a buyer (applicant) to pay a seller (beneficiary) a specified amount, provided the seller presents required documents that strictly comply with the terms and conditions of the credit.
- Guarantees: A promise from a bank to pay a beneficiary a specified sum if the applicant fails to meet a specific contractual obligation, such as a performance bond, tender/bid bond, or an advance payment guarantee.
- Standby Letters of Credit (SBLC): A secondary payment mechanism that serves as a “payment of last resort.” It is a bank’s commitment to pay the beneficiary only if the applicant defaults on the primary underlying contract or payment obligation.
- Inquiry Facilitation: We help facilitate your trade finance inquiry from initial review through to issuance, so that your requirements are clearly communicated and professionally handled.
Transaction Facilitation: We facilitate the procurement and transmission of trade finance instruments as specifically requested and approved by the client — from initial inquiry through to issuance.
